Dirty/Smelly Apartment.
1.0− Dirty apartment, stink coming from the bin waste left outside the door. Broken items left around the apartment. Blinds broken. Heating set to maximum when we arrives. Uncomfortable.
Apartment is comfortable and clean, however location is awful and service agents slow in responding
4.0On arrival had to phone to access which lock box to use, as it wasn't clear. Day 2, left the house key inside and was directed to the emergency lock box - but it was empty. Reported to LiveStay 11am, and agreed to pay for replacement lock. After much backwards and forwards, at 9.45pm was told they were unable to help and I had to deal with it myself. Paid for an emergency locksmith to change the lock. Day 3 returned to the apartment late evening to find the lock had been changed!!! No communication, no explanation, no apology. Extremely angry. Was told a lock box to access the new key - however, it had the wrong key. Took over 30 mins to access apartment after agents sorted out which lock box maintenance had used.
− Although the inside of the apartment was exactly as advertised, the apartment building was awful. Abandoned beds, furniture, large delivery bike in the corridors. Main entry door was always left open, rubbish/empty alcohol bottle on stairways. Location is not attractive at all. The apartment is directly opposite a casino with lurid, bright flashing lights on 24 hours. No cupboards or shelving for clothes in the bedroom and no rack to dry clothes. Shelves in the living area were not secured to the wall. Picked up the cooking book on the shelf and the shelves collapsed. Window blind in the living area broken/very exposed to street. Agents would not acknowledge the shelves or broken window blind as present when I checked-in. On day 2 when trying to resolve access to the apartment after leaving key inside, LiveStay service agents very slow to respond in spite of repeated msgs and phone calls.

2.0Nothing.. they give me wrong address.. stay in the street for more than 4 hours and no one answer the call .. after that no one meet me she said sorry I send my mistake 3 addresses although the address on booking is wrong .. so dirty place .. I left this horrible place and they refused to give me the refund
