6.0Die Lage.
− Der Preis ist völlig überteuert. Die Gründe: Im Dachgeschoss bei der Hitze (27.06.26 Hitzewelle) keine Klimaanlage, nicht mal ein Ventilator, hat mit Loft nichts gemeinsam. Die Duscharmantur war auch defekt. ( nur warmes Wasser). Einen Schrank gibt es nicht. Fenster ist in Richtung stark befahrener u lauter Strasse. Gesamteindruck: Für uns war es nichts.

− Alles beetje oud en gammel. Slechts 1 schone handdoeken, de andere hing vochtig en reeds gebruikt aan de achterkant van de badkamerdeur. Gevraagd om schone handdoeken, maar geen reactie gekregen.

2.0Die Nähe zur Innenstadt
− Leider haben die negativen Bewertungen anderer Reisende den Vermieter nicht dazu veranlasst Verbesserungen durchzuführen. Alles wirkt sehr lieblos und wenig durchdacht eingerichtet. Außer 4 Kleiderhaken gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad, Toilettensitz passt nicht auf die Toilette und ist nicht richtig befestigt. Handdusche funktioniert nicht, nur Kopfdusche. 1 Duschhandtuch für 2 Personen, und zwei kleine Handtücher fanden wir im Küchenschrank. Steckdose ohne Abdeckung. Bett unserer Meinung nach zu hart, Bettbezug mit Loch. Keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit an einem Tisch einzunehmen.

− Pour l’appartement pas de problème, je conseille de rajouter lors de l’envoi par message (lieu de la clé et code wifi) de rajouter que l’appartement se trouve au 3ème étage, face à l’escalier.

5.0Sehr hilfsbereite Menschen, weil wir mit dem Schlüsseltresor nicht zurecht kamen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (2 Stops bis Bahnhof), Lage zur Altstadt optimal
− Kaum Haken für nasse Handtücher oder Kleidung. Couch als Sitz wenig geeignet, Mahlzeiten essen schwierig, wegen Tisch/Sitzkombination.
