Schimmel im Bad, Kinderzimmer und Waschmaschine
1.0Ein eigentlich schönes Apartment mit sicherem Parkplatz. ABER: Das Bad ist überall mit schwarzem Schimmel verschmutzt und auch im Schrank des Kinderzimmers ist dieser gesundheitsgefährdende Pilz zu finden. Das Appartement ist zwar oberflächlich sauber, jedoch sind Kühlschrank und Schubladen seit längerem nicht mehr geputzt worden und das Flusensieb der Waschmaschine war mit einer dicken, schimmeligen Schicht verstopft. Solange das Bad nicht renoviert ist, sollte das Appartement überhaupt nicht vermietet werden! Wie kann es sein, dass es hier bei booking.com mit 9,4 Punkten bewertet ist? Bei der Bezahlung wurden wir aufgefordert auf ein chilenisches Konto mit RUT und nicht IBAN zu überweisen. Das geht über keine deutsche Bank! Der Inhaber war einfach nicht da. Das Bargeld sollten wir dann im Apt hinterlassen. Eine Quittung gab's daher auch nicht
− Die Chilenen, die außer dem Geld von Touristen nichts wollen. Regeln, die dem Komfort der Inhaber dienen. Ein Vermieter, der einfach sonstwo ist und keinen zuverlässigen Verwalter hat und auch keine Zahlung über Booking veranlasst, ist ungeeignet ein Apartment zu vermieten. Das Apartment bedarf einer Renovierung im Bad, um gesundheitsgefährdenden Schimmel zu vermeiden. Wir haben hier in Chile schon mehrmals beim Buchen über Booking untragbare Zustände bei excelenten Bewertungen erlebt. Irgendwann fällt das auch auf das Portal zurück. Wir sehen uns daher nur noch die Bewertungen der ausländischen Touristen an, da Chilenen anscheinend fast alles mit 10 bewerten. In Ländern außerhalb Chilea auf der gesamten Welt funktioniert es besser.

− Estaba muy sucio, con mal olor. Se nota que no cuidan el aseo. Estaba con basura hasta en la pala cuando llegamos. Sacamos un zapato bajo la cama y estaba lleno de pelos y basura.
