1.0Couldn’t even get into the property,rang the host they said their was nothing they focus do has the handy man lived faraway ,was very rude over the phone definitely a scam do not rent this property

− There wasn’t enough sitting as we did a group booking. The table chairs were pealing which left little back bits all over the floor and clothing. The sofa chair was very uncomfortable

− Being asked to pay deposit a couple of days before occupancy after paying for the charged fees. Also, tiny pots couldn't even make a decent meal for a group of friends. Stained sheets!

Ok if you’re just sleeping here but not eating or relaxing here.
7.0The ducted A/C was good as we were visiting in summer There were enough beds for our group of 8
− Although it sleeps a lot of people there is no where big enough for everyone to be when not asleep. Only 4 dining chairs, one very uncomfortable couch with terrible springs. No bar stools, no outdoor area to sit. Also only street parking, one very small garage that we couldn’t figure out how to open and was too small to park our 4x4 anyway. 2 of the lamps were broken. Shades off or no bulbs Front door lock seemed to be tampered with previously. No coffee facilities Very basic supplies
