Great quite bungalow in a good location
8.0Lucy Lou is in a great position for many of North Devons towns. We where here for the Brixham annual Pirate Festival and found the price to be competitive to other properties. The bungalow is situated on a quite holiday park and was more than adequate for a long weekend stay. The host (who lives in the bungalow next door) was very accommodating and friendly and was happy to deal with any questions. I took two dogs with me and they fitted in quite well, the park has its own dog field and there are plenty of walks in the local area and some great pubs and eat establishments. The outside space was a great addition and itv was all secure for the dogs to be able to roam around in.
− The property was quite small, although we were all very comfortable for our stay. Not sure if I could do seven nights. Cooker was very slow at heating and kitchen was a little awkwardly laid out.
We was very pleased with our stay, owner was lovely lady, Katie & Rupert was very helpful ,

Unfortunately the bungalow was not suitable for the horrible weather on one day out of 4.
5.0Very nice location. Quiet with easy parking. Well laid out holiday home, generally very clean, tidy modern. Supply of bottled water,
− Large spiders web in corner of room behind television. Tap Water tasted tainted - sweet and soapy-undrinkable. The heating was insufficient for the conditions (11 degrees) on one day and it was difficult to dry my wet clothing. An extra blanket/fleece throw would have been appreciated! Would have preferred a venetian blind in the bedroom to a roller blind as people in the bungalows behind walked to and fro in the mornings.

10.0The bungalow was very clean and tidy and met all our needs. Really taken with the little torches which hung beside the beds. No street lights so very dark at night,useful for going to the bathroom. If it's peace and quiet you want this is the place for you. Will definitely be visiting again.
