Misrepresentation of charge.
1.0Convenience of location. Cleanliness. Spacious.
− Got charged $169.00 nz instead of the quoted price on my booking.com app of $90.00. When questioned this to booking.com i was blocked and got told to deal directly with owner of accommodation. I did this and now the owner tells me that I have to deal with booking.com, so I'm blocked getting justice either way but needs sorting.
