− Falta de fogão e nao tem muitas opções de restaurantes por perto.
Passei dias muito agradáveis no flat.
10.0Além de ser tudo bem novinho, gostei muito da praticidade para entrar. Outro detalhe foi a comunicação com o proprietário, qualquer dúvida que eu tinha, ele respondia rapidamente. Um outro diferencial, que não tinha em outros que procurei, era a vaga de garagem e a localização (pertinho de tudo).

10.0O Flat é muito confortável e seguro. A geladeira é grande, a smart tv é ótima. A cama e o chuveiro são muito bons também. O Wi-Fi também funciona muito bem. Ótimo espaço de armazenamento.
− Gostei de tudo, apenas acrescentaria no espaço um cooktop de indução de uma boca para cozinhar.
