8.0Location is great. Spacious kitchen and well equipped.
− The bed is way too soft. It seems there is a very thick topper pad on it that makes it that way. We thought about removing it. Also, not enough clothing storage....only little cubby bins in the bedroom.
Location to beach, restaurants and shops was great.

− The parking. Mold on inside bedroom door window covering. Couldn’t access with code through front of property.
It was enjoyable but could have been a lot more peaceful if the upstairs tenants were a lot more considerate!

− No heat…upstairs tenants were load and obnoxious the entire trip. Hard to rest and relax with the constant noise.
We had an excellent stay. Very nice property in a great location.
