Superb location. Well-equipped apartment.

− The location of the garage was a bit tricky with a wide car, but we managed by reversing the whole way in to improve manoeuvrability!

Great location close to town, useful to have a garage, very responsive hosts who tried hard to sort our issue immediately, well-equipped kitchen (except a vegetable peeler but we bought one and left it there!), milk and bottled water and chocolate very appreciated, games and toys great for kids, fluffy towels

− Tricky to find the entrance to the parking... we drove past it twice! Circular window in bedroom without curtain or blind with streetlight outside so didn't get fully dark in the room, but some people wouldn't mind this.

Great location with amazing sunrises, cute and clean! Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and cute! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to be back someday! Definitely cannot miss waking up for a sunrise! A previous review said there were a lot of flies from the empty lot next to the apartment but the lot has since been cleaned up and we did not experience the flies.

− There was not a clothes rack to dry clothes after using the washer but we also could have missed it as well. There are two round windows that do have blinds on them but we used an eye mask and it was no big deal so this did not bother us.

Nice, good little accommodation. Very tidy and convenient to the Napier city access. Nespresso, remote blind, smartlock, tech bathroom mirror (I didn't use it) - nice and fancy.

− On arrival. The smartlock (digital keypad) was not user friendly (for its sensibility - prefer to have the old falchioned button system) and took a couple of days to get familiar with. Also I was given the new code for the entry without "#" therefore I could not open the door especially I needed to go out soon (with having the time pressure). The agent and owner were helpful then. Cleanliness. The property was clean and tidy however unfortunately and it is not their fault, there were too many flies it came from the demolishing site next door. Fly spray was in the cupboard but possibly if we have the auto spray dispenser or similar, it might be convenient. Car Parking. There is a designated car park at rear however it is for small car and not really easy to park inside (gave up parking for my 4.9m x 1.9m sedan). Noise. The bedroom sits middle floor of 3 storeys high apartment and only one morning I could hear the noise from the top floor (something like kids played with marbles). The noise from Marine Parade was okay at night.
