Nice apartment in central location with bad maintenance
6.0The location is good, close to s-Bahn and Hauptbahnhof,city centre. The Apartment is quite modern, with large tv and sofa bed and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, however cheap bed covers made from polyester were not so nice.
− It’s on the 4th level and there is no lift and a lot of stairs,if you’re travelling with heavy suitcases I would not recommend staying here. On arrival the apartment was very dirty, unwashed dishes, coffee cups ect, bathroom and kitchen both very dirty, hair left in sink, rubbish bins dirty. I had to spend a couple of hours cleaning before we were comfortable using either. Not ideal when you’ve just arrived from long journey. The shower is a bad design, it’s only waist high so good for children maybe but impractical for adults. It wasn’t well stocked, for a 2 week stay for 2 people just 2 towels, an empty hand soap and only few toilet rolls ect.

10.0Die Wohnung ist schön, hat Stil, ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir haben es genossen, in einem so gepflegten und geschmackvoll gestalteten Raum zu wohnen. Jedes Detail schien sorgfältig ausgewählt zu sein, was dem Ambiente eine besondere Note verlieh. Die Ruhe in der Wohnung ermöglichte uns erholsame Nächte und entspannte Morgen, bevor wir wieder in das lebhafte Treiben der Stadt eintauchten. Es war wirklich ein Zuhause fernab von Zuhause.
− Die Lage ist großartig, nicht weit entfernt befindet sich das historische Zentrum von Magdeburg mit seinen prächtigen Gebäuden, malerischen Plätzen und charmanten gepflasterten Straßen. Wir haben es geliebt, dass wir leicht spazieren gehen konnten und all die Schätze entdecken konnten.
