6.0Basic room. Clean. Very effective air conditioning and it was already on for my evening comfort. Good for one night.
− The blind has gaps in it as part of the pattern. I could see the cars outside and Im guessing they could see in when my light was on. Not ideal. Also the bathrioom flooded when showering.

10.0The courteous staff, the helpful ladies (morning when we left our luggages) and the smiling assistance offered by the staff when we finally came for check in at 3pm. The room is spacious, cool aircon / functioning well), the location is nice, too.

3.0Room was spacious and hot shower. Bed was comfortable also.
− The cleaning crew stole the logos on my shoes. I have Rockport shoes. The logo is inserted in back of shoe and says Rocport. They stole them. I hadn't stayed anywhere else prior to my arrival in Philippines and I wore the shoes into the Philippines on arrival into Butuan. Thieves working at this Redoorz.
