− The knob on bedroom fan was loose and the shower knobs were loose as well

1.0− No privacy, anyone can look in the windows, they're too cheap to get blinds There are signs everywhere telling you how they're gonna take more money from you. Rachel Irwin obviously loves money. No bins. Shit shower. Not worth the money.
