Nothing it was honestly hell I regret staying there.

− Too hot, uncomfortable No AC as it was broken. Completely unacceptable Scabies in the bed I have been suffering for months since this stay. DO NOT STAY HERE

Nada, porque me cancelaron la habitación en el momento del check in y nunca obtuve respuesta

− La falta de profesionalidad, respeto hacia sus clientes. Nos cancelaron la reserva, no pudimos contactar, cuando lo hicimos dejaron de contestar. Dos días después sigo sin respuesta ni mi dinero

Ottima posizione ma alloggio non adeguato

Posizione perfetta perchè a 200 metri da Picadilly Circus e dalla fermata della metro. Fernata degli autobus a 50 metri. E' tra Picadilly Circus, Soho e Cinatown per cui la sera è pieno di vita, ci sono un sacco di locali dove mangiare e ci sono anche diversi cinema e teatri.

− L'alloggio non è adeguato. Le scale e il pianerottolo per accedervi sono sporchissimi. L'alloggio è poco curato e da la sensazione di sporcizia (ma in effetti non lo è). Tutti e quattro i materassi avevano il rivestimento superiore rovinatissimo per cui si sentivano le molle ed era difficile dormire. L'aria condizionata è fornita da una macchina portatile molto rumorosa per cui non si riesce a tenerla accesa di notte. Le finestre non sono apribili per cui non c'è ricambio di aria. Bagno discreto ma con il rubinetto del lavandino mal fissato e quindi si muove in tutte le direzioni.

− There was absolutely no ventilation. No window nothing. They did provide 2 fans that barely blew any air and a small air conditioner that helped a bit but due to lack of ventilation was always extremely hot…. It was cooler outside the building than inside…. The hallways were so sketch and inside had a weird smell… the shower was super small and the doors didn’t close well which allowed water to leak. There was no mini fridge which was inconvenient… the mattresses on the bunk were horrible especially the top bunk… we were scared it was gonna break and fall on the person sleeping at the bottom. Never again.

It was very disappointing.

− When we arrived, the room we had booked was still occupied by another person. They were very upset because they were still staying there. This was extremely concerning and made us uncomfortable about the security and management of the property. We were told/given another room, but by this point we had already lost confidence in the accommodation. The room/property that we saw was in a very poor and messy condition, and we were concerned that the accommodation was not being properly cleaned or managed. We also could not find anyone at the property to speak to or resolve the situation with us. Because of this, we had no choice but to look for another hotel and leave the accommodation. The most concerning part was that another person was still able to be in the room that had been assigned to us. This raised serious concerns about privacy and security. We did not feel comfortable staying somewhere where we could not be confident that other people would not have access to our room. We paid for accommodation that we expected to be clean, properly prepared, safe and available to us at check-in. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
