Spectacular views with a perfect place to stay.
10.0Love the location and the view is what you pay for and worth it. Perfect for a couple.
− Hard to find the front door. Don’t realize you walk down the path the other side of the building and it’s beautiful. Great set up. Just hard to figure out where 44 was but once we walked down the pathway it’s perfect

1.0− We booked this condo two days out in the midst of a cross country trip. The day before we arrived my credit card was charged and I also got a form from the owner requesting personal information including copies of our photo IDs. I tried to fill out the information without including the photo IDs and it wouldn't work. We arrived at the location expecting to get the code for the door but when we called the owner he would not give it to us without a copy of a photo IDs. I explained our hesitance because I had experienced identity theft in the past but he still wouldn't give us the code. I requested a refund from him and he said quote "call bookings" and then hung up the phone. So we had to find another room for the night and I have yet to receive a refund.
Excellent all around.
9.0The owner/manager is friendly and helpful, the parking area is easy to access and very close to the apartment. There's a flight of stairs to negotiate, worth it for the view.
