− 卫生太差，沙发脏兮兮，床单有污渍，被子很薄，穿着外衣睡的。餐具看上去脏脏的，洗过烫过才敢用。设施维护不佳，冬天的地中海风很大，窗户关不严直漏风，地板有凹陷，衣柜一股霉味，卫生间热水器是储热式的，多人洗澡的话需要等待
