10.0Staying in this beautiful home in Galaxidi was one of the most heartfelt experiences I've had in quite sometime. This is not just an accomodation, it's a traditional family home, lovingly preserved and full of character. The house has belonged to Christina's family for generations, a classic nautical home that still carries the spirit of the sea, travels and the village. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, filled with care to it's history and the family's spirit. It's rare ro find a place where tradition is so alive not just in the architecture but also in the atmosphere. Christina herself is one if the kindest most genuine people you could hope to meet. Warm, attentive and full of grace, having her as a host was both joy and an honor. Her beautiful back yard filled with lush plants and charming sea themed touches, feels like a quite little haven- a space created with true meraki and taste. If you're planning to visit Galaxidi, I wholeheartedly recommend to staying here, not just for the comfort but for the authenticity and warmth you'll find.
