Nice place, good location in the country.
7.0The young couple that runs this live next door and are extremely friendly and helpful. House nicely re-done. SO much potential! Lovely yard you can see full of fruit trees, flowers and also chickens. Nice place to sit on your own patio with a Hibachi grill.
− Unfortunately the bedroom is tiny and the queen bed barely fits in, leaving one person up against a wall (but there is more room at the foot of the bed for suitcases). Bed was soft and bouncy. There was no sofa bed as stated in the description when I booked it. If they had a sofa bed that would be so much better, that way no one is stuck up against the wall. But then we’re old and don’t move that well….

10.0A super beautiful house with exceptional views, very, very welcoming. The host, Andrea, was very nice. We told her we hadn't been able to buy food because it was Easter and all the supermarkets were closed, and she even brought us food for breakfast! A 10 out of 10!
− The only drawback I can find is that it doesn't have a television, but come on... with those views, it doesn't matter that there's no television, you look out the window and what you see is incredible.

Great stay in Kaupanger
10.0We had an excellent stay here. The house has everything provided that you need. You have a terrace with amazing mountain views. The owners were happy to help with any questions regarding the area (shops, things to do in the area), but also to help us out regarding our roadtrip in Norway.
