8.0Locatie is perfect voor de musea en de betere shopping areas.
− Geen gezellige communal area. Komt daardoor wat onpersoonlijk over. Ik had graag gezien dat je een drankje /koffie o.i.d. aangeboden krijgt als je plaatsneemt in de lounge. Een flesje water kreeg ik wel steeds aangeboden. Niet alle receptie medewerkers even vriendelijk. Niet onaardig, maar ook niet persoonlijk. Wel hele vriendelijke conciërges. Restaurant okay, maar ook hier voor een single traveller wat onpersoonlijk. Inrichting kamer prachtig.

Lovely hotel
9.0Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious.
− The shower had limited pressure and was constantly very hot and cold. Also the pool was out for maintenance which was a shame as we booked the hotel knowing it had a pool for our heatwave temperatures.

10.0− At 4 pm we went to sleep with my wife . Someone came inside when we were sleeping and woke us up . When we said what do you need , she said i came to bring you chocolates 😁
