An excellent hotel in the center of town, quiet but close to important sights.
9.0Professional staff, very helpful, attentive and polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean linens and towels. Good- sized room.
− Difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower area. Staff failed to top off the shower gel container, also missed replacing the empty facial tissue box.

10.0El hotel es impecable. Su estilo. Su decoración. Todo es perfecto desde que entras: el perfume, los arreglos florales y el personal que te da la bienvenida. La ubicación está muy buena: cerca del centro pero no en medio del bullicio. El restaurante Apio Verde también está muy bien: buena atención y muy rica comida española

10.0Beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums, as well as shopping and Plaza Mejor. Felt very safe and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
