− I requested a villa that would accommodate five people, but the villa we were given only accommodated four. Since we couldn’t get a refund, one of us had to sleep on the sofa in the living room, which was very hot. The blankets in our villa were old and had an unpleasant smell. One night, we also found a bug that looked like a bed bug.
