Una estancia muy agradable! El sitio era una maravilla, con muy buenas instalaciones, perfecto para descansar! Le damos un 10 a estas instalaciones!

Kitchen was fully equipped, which was great! Host Joana was quite welcoming.

− Cleaning was not done properly prior to Check In (toilet seat stained), living room carpet stained and dusty. Dining room table greasy. Towels and linen very worn out. Linen were in so bad shape I had to ask for new ones. Had to contact the host a few times. They placed duvets and pillows without duvet covers nor pillow cases. After asking to get them, only 1 room was done. AC in living room very noisy.

Beautiful apartment would definitely recommend and stay again

− Not the property itself but builders starting work woke us at 7 every morning with the noise but not to be helped just wish I’d been informed before hand

Fantastic location with excellent facilities both in the apartment itself and the overall complex. Great space for everyone in the rooms and even the parking garage is very impressive particularly for when weather is warm. Easy drive to Vilamoura and the surrounding areas.

Having stayed at the property before i knew what to expect. To note that i had paid half the rate before in 2020. Perfect for a family stay or a group of people. It's only 10 min away from the downtown / marina area of Vilamoura. Having a parking space in the garage was a big plus and there are many sun loungers around the pool. So no fighting or running to the pool before breakfast as we see in some resorts. Really nice big and clean pool with bar service.

− I saw the property on AirBnB but i chose to book with booking thinking that i was doing it directly with them. I was surprised to get WhatsApp messages and emails from a different company after the booking. Turns out that it was a management company that advertises the properties they manage for owners on booking. Later the evening that we got the keys, we found a few things that were loose (Toilet seat and toilet paper holder) and a drawer in the refrigerator was damaged but we didn't bother mentioning it. I was surprised that a week after we had checked out to receive a notice to pay for the damaged drawer in the refrigerator by booking. I opposed and booking made a more in depth investigation with the management company to confirm the damage was done before. So make sure when you check in to go around to inspect and report anything that is not working or damaged otherwise you will be charged.
