Beautiful property, ideally situated to explore the surrounding area.
9.0The property was ideally located, just a short walk from the sea front. Very spacious, with lovely decor throughout. Kitchen was very well equipped, complete with dishwasher and washing machine. All the beds were comfy, with plenty of storage. Lovely outdoor space too. Plenty of places to visit, just a short drive away.
− Parking could be a bit tricky, but generally okay.

− Blocked sink in the bathroom, blocked dishwasher. Poor condition of furniture. Cupboards broken in the kitchen. Back fallen out in wardrobe. Drawers difficult to open. Generally needs maintenance. Knives in the knife block actually dangerous.
A blocked toilet is an emergency issue in a holiday home. Poor customer service.
3.0− Toilet blocked on 2 successive evenings. No phone call response from Keepers Cottages despite contacting their of hours emergency contact. I had to phone them to update the situation the next day and contact out of hours plumbers to fix the blockage. 2 nights of our stay were ruined as we had no flushing toilet between 5 people and minimal assistance from the holiday company. No follow up call from them to check the problem had been resolved. Poor service.
Lovely house & garden, but some finishes are rough round the edges. Tv definitely needs replacing. Experienced poor

− 1. Lack of response to my emails when asking about why there was only 1 set of keys. Sent 3 email, and had no response. This was despite receiving various emails from the Team and responding immediately on the back of them to ask my same question, but being ignored. 2. One thing not to have a SmartTv but the sound quality on the tv that was there was incredibly poor. 3. Kitchen drawers all stick 4. Uncomfortable sofa
Good property - relatively close to amenities in Deal. Good for our short weekend away. Just a few minor issues noted.

− Only just a few minor issues: - No cloths in kitchen to wipe surfaces with - No replacement bin liners under sink (as described in property manual) - Property clean but could be better (eg skirting boards and other spaces quite dusty)
