We had a concert at wembley so it was a very handy location.

− The communications were poor, no follow ups once payment was taken to explain when we would receive check in details. It states free parking but it's actually not on event days so that's an extra £50, they tell you to just make the payment and you don't receive confirmation of that payment or that you actually have a parking space unless you chase. On the day, I had to chase for the check in videos twice, I received one with lock box info and then when I checked later it had been edited to say I'll receive lock box info at 3pm but still states flat 19. We're stood outside the flat, with no details, and someone else goes into that flat. I call Soraia at 10 past 3 very confused, she ignores my call and just sends me the right video, we were actually flat 20. Flat was nice enough but there was clearly a water leak in the ceiling of the kitchen and bathroom, oven was taped in and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. For the amount we paid, the communication should've been better.

The property was disgusting and nothing like the pictures we have put a formal complaint forward to booking.com we couldn’t even sleep there we had to drive 4 hours home at 11pm.The damp in itself is a health concern.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the tube and approximately 25 min to Wembley Stadium.

− The pictures in the ad, were taken in a way where you don't see any of the flaws. It was dirty, especially in the bathroom. Where also the drain while it works, is super slow. And there is a beginning hole on the showerfloor. We tried to contact the owner, but never got an answer. Not worth the amount of money that was paid, at all.

OK for staying the night

The location was great for Wembley stadium (20min walk) and Wembley park station (15min walk). The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. We were upgraded to a slightly larger apartment which was more spacious and was made up nicely upon our arrival. It was good for what we needed it - somewhere to stay the night.

− The communication with the host was poor. We agreed and paid for early check in a couple of weeks before the stay then didn't hear from the host again until 5 mins before the check in time. No confirmation payment was received (which was an addition for early check in, separate from the apartment payment to booking.com), how to pick up the keys, or the exact apartment number. We called, texted and messaged through booking.com but had no response until the 11th hour. The WiFi didn't work properly, was slow and intermittent. TV didn't connect to anything. Apartment needs tlc- damp on the bathroom door, in the bedroom bay, scratches on walls, radiators falling off walls.

Nothing unfortunately - wish I could rate zero

− Host’s are scammers. Wished I had checked the reviews before I went. Booked early and then big artist announced tour at Wembley so the host sent me a message on WhatsApp to say I need to cancel due to on going plumbing. This was a lie and while I still had a confirmed booking they put my room back up for £600+. Unfortunately it then got reported to UKICC through booking.com. There were several back and two emails with booking.com trying to make contact with the host to confirm and it wasn’t until several hours before arriving they agreed to let us into the property. ( clearly wasn’t able to resell at £600+) we didn’t think it could get any worse until we arrived at the property and had to pay £50 for parking in a pitch black carpark and was shocked to see the state of the room. The pictures on booking.com were clearly taken when that room was first decorated. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. The kitchen is held together by duct tape in places, carpets and couch stained with burn holes. The shower had an actual hole in the floor. Please check all the pictures and avoid this place at all costs.
