I wouldn’t stay here again the place isn’t what you thought it would be.

− The landlord was quite rude when I asked for an extra towel. He wasn’t professional when asking for the key code and for instructions to check in, I arrived after 3:00pm the room was still not ready and the landlord was not being polite at first and I didn’t feel like it was worth my money. He then told me to wait outside for 30 minutes while I wait for my room to be ready. When it was ready I was able to go into my room but I noticed another issue on the bed and the sheets wasn’t clean the pillows was dirty y so I ended up sleeping on a different side but with no pillows. Whilst being there the landlord stayed the night and he kept coming in and out which I thought was weird since if he had people staying over.

− Every thing there was no shower or toilet in there like it said there was the picture that were on your site were totally different to the room I got I actually want to make a complaint
