I thought I was scammed and didn't have time to search for other option, thus I had to accept it.

I was given wrong address at first, then found 2nd address which was not very clear and could not find the apartment. Then we reached out to the neighbor who helped us to find it.

− 2 different addresses were given and each of them were not clear to find. When we arrive at the apartment beds were not done, clean bed sheets were not there and ready. All the furnitures are like broken, when you touch something it was falling down everytime. Photos were too good to choose, but we you arrive physically it was not the same!

− Before moving in, they asked for a £300 damage deposit, promising a refund within 8-10 business days of check-out. However, from the end of our stay in early July until the end of September, we still hadn't received the refund. We also continued to contact customer service during the process, but each time I only received perfunctory responses. The promised refund period kept being postponed, which was a very bad experience. 在入住前對方要求繳交300英鎊的房屋破壞押金，並承諾會在退房後8-10個工作天退還，但是我們從7月初入住結束後，到9月底為止都沒有收到押金退還。 過程中也持續和客服聯繫，每次都只得到敷衍的回覆，退款期限的承諾不斷跳票，是很差的體驗。

− Bathroom was awful. One bedroom had a curtain that didn’t fit the window. Uncomfortable old beds in 2 rooms. Loads of issues.

We boekten dit appartement op de locatie

− Het pand waarin het appartement zit stonk naar urine en afval. Het appartement zelf was vochtig en was net geschilderd. Dat was gedaan om de schimmel te verbergen die hier en daar al weer door de verf heen kwam. De luchtkwaliteit in het appartement was zo slecht dat de astma van mijn kinderen direct op speelde. Het was snel duidelijk dat de eigenaar niet wilde meedenken, dus we zijn zelf naar een ander appartement gegaan. Ook in de dagen die hierop volgde is er nooit contact opgenomen door de eigenaar. Hier ga ik nooit meer naar terug en ik adviseer iedereen om deze ellende niet te boeken

Nothing to like about the property

− Very disappointing stay – left within an hour I booked this property for 9th - 11th August, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The property lacked basic facilities and was not maintained properly. Cleanliness was a major issue, and the overall condition of the place was unhygienic. Due to this, we could not stay even for a night and had to check out within an hour of arrival. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities.

El alojamiento es una verdadera basura. El edificio huele tan mal que tienes que taparte la nariz para subir a la casa. El baño no trataba el agua. La ventana de una de las habitaciones no cierra y la lavadora pierde todo el agua. No te dejan ni un rollo de papel higiénico y no hay cafetera. Tampoco te dejan champú, ni gel ni nada. Cutres donde los gaya oara el precio sue se paga. Una vergüenza que booking lo ofrezca. El dueño mo quiere gastar dinero en arreglos así que esto es lo que te espera si vas allí . Otra cosa muy importante, te piden fianza de 300 libras y no te la devuelven. No vayáis a este sitio. Os tocará pelear para recuperar vuestro dinero. Yo llevo más de dos semanas y no lo he conseguido

− Todo lo dicho anteriormente Nome ha gustado nada. Es una mierda de sitio.
