10.0The property was perfect for our family of 4 that traveled to Pigeon Forge for one child to participate in a Ripken experience baseball tournament. The kids enjoyed playing billiards on the pool table and going swimming in the pool with baseball teammates who also stayed in the neighborhood. An issue did arise with the property that was no fault of the host. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and, in my opinion, went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Highly recommend the property and hosts.
