− The lady who answered the telephone number I was given, is either not familiar with the leisure industry (wanting to help guests) or was having a bad day...
Too hot without working AC
8.0Room was nice and clean. Nice view from balcony.
− When booking I specifically wanted a place with an AC. The room had an AC unit, but it was not working - there was no remote control to turn it on. I messaged the owned about the problem, it took them almost the whole day to respond and their response was wrong anyway. They told us the AC remote is under TV, but it was not there. To our message that the AC remote was not there they have never responded.
Lovely apartment, free parking and a responsive host. Highly recommend!
10.0Lovely apartment that was modern, clean and comfortable. Host was very easy to deal with and gave us clear and concise instructions on how to check in. Not too far from City Centre ( nice walk) and would recommend to anyone staying in the area Parking was also plus in an underground garage close to the apartment.
