8.0Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie konnte uns helfen und auch gute Tips für unseren Aufenthalt geben
− Für altere oder gebrechliche Personen nichts gut, da es in der oberen Etage ist ohne Fahrstuhl.
Mehr Schein als Sein
7.0Gut in der Altstadt gelegen.
− Sehr dunkel trotz weißer Einrichtung, da nur 2 kleine Fenster im Dachgeschoss vorhanden sind, was bei Wärme problematisch ist. Bei Übernahme waren die Fenster bei 30 Grad weit geöffnet Die Badamatur müsste dringend repariert werden, was ich der Gastgeberin per WhatsApp gemeldet habe, sie darauf aber nicht reagiert hat. In den Kritiken habe ich gelesen, dass das Problem schon mindestens ein halbes Jahr besteht. Auf meine Rechnung warte ich auch noch. Es gibt keine Reaktion der Gastgeberin. Auch das haben bereits andere kritisiert. Leider war auch das Beziehen der Wohnung schwierig, da die Angaben zur Schlüsselbox nicht stimmten. Ich konnte die Wohnung erst 2 Std. später beziehen, weil ich niemanden erreichen konnte und war kurz davor, mir ein Hotelzimmer zu nehmen. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer war verriegelt. Ich verstehe, dass man Dinge unterbringen muss, aber so ist das nicht gut gelöst. Leider muss ich sagen, dass der Name " Urban Retreat" nicht meinen Erfahrungen gerecht wird. Und leider muss ich eine Bewertung abgeben, die nicht positiv ist, obwohl ich niemandem schaden möchte, aber in diesem Fall würde ich es zusammenfassen: Mehr Schein als Sein! Schade.
