− Habitaciones sin mesita, sin sillas, con solo una luz central, sin televisión .Los armarios están ocupados con bolsas de ropa..Frigorífico que no funciona y tuve que tirar a comida. Cristales sucísimos. Lavavajillas muy sucio. Sin extractor en el WC..El agua del lavabo del baño se atasca.

Appartement is betaalbaar en de locatie is niet ver van metrostation.

− We hadden de eigenaar zoals gevraagd een bericht gestuurd een half uur voor aankomst, maar hij had zijn berichten niet gezien, waardoor we nog een half uur langer hebben moeten wachten om te worden binnengelaten. Het is duidelijk dat dit appartement niet grondig gepoetst wordt; hoogstens gestofzuigd. Het voelt vies aan en overal zie je dat het lang geleden is dat er écht schoongemaakt is. Er zit schimmel op de muren in de badkamer en er hangt een rioolgeur. Die stank verspreidt zich over het hele appartement als de deur van de badkamer open staat. De keuken is vies, nauwelijks of niet gepoetst. In de koelkast lag nog eten van andere toeristen. De slaapkamerdeur moet op slot, want anders sluit de deur niet, iets wat onze kinderen bang maakte. Ze hebben dus het hele verblijf met de deur open geslapen. In de kleerkasten lag nog ondergoed en kleren van anderen. Op het terras stonden vuilniszakken. De vaatwasser gaf constant “error” en stond constant te piepen. Enkel het korte vaatwasprogramma werkte, maar ging niet tot het einde.

Abdul was a very helpful, friendly, and accommodating host who responded promptly whenever needed. The apartment is on the 13th floor and has a peaceful atmosphere with a lovely view of the London skyline, including The Shard in the distance. It is well-equipped with essential appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, ironing board, and a TV with a great sound system. It was also convenient that there were basic food items available on arrival, so there was no need to buy groceries immediately. Deliveroo had no trouble finding the location, and public transport was easily accessible by crossing the park to the nearby bus stop. The bathroom also included a bidet, which was a nice addition. Overall, the apartment is well located, well equipped, and hosted by someone who genuinely wants guests to have a comfortable stay.

− During my stay, London was quite hot, and there were no fans in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable at times. The bathroom and toilet exhaust fans were not working. The shower had mould and shower head is oddly placed that make it difficult to use. The towels were quite worn and could be replaced with newer ones. The toilet area also felt cramped because it was crowded with stored items. Cleanliness could be improved, as the floors did not appear to have been mopped for several days. The extra blankets and pillows were provided without covers, so they had to be used as they were, which did not feel particularly hygienic.
