Overall, had a good experience.
7.0The condo was very spacious and two bathrooms was very helpful for us five girls getting ready. Location, views from unit, and resort property including beach and pool were great. Beach chairs in room were a must because you only get two loungers on the beach per unit and there were five of us. They do give you as many towels as you need.
− Beach staff misplaced our towel card (insisted they gave it to us already but they put it in the wrong spot), needed more paper good (ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom and paper towels in kitchen), could have used more big shower towels and kitchen dish towels, needed more bedding/blankets for living room sofa bed, also wasn't sure how living room sofa pulled out into bed because we couldn't get it, took us forever to figure out how to get hot water in the shower (middle is hot, if you turn it left or right its cold water), wifi in unit wouldn't connect.

− Faltaba limpieza en el departamento, el piso estaba sucio, especialmente debajo de la cama y detrás de las mesas de luz, la ropa de cama no era buena, las toallas desparejas, gastadas y no del Todo blancas, las almohadas manchadas. Varios focos quemados, la heladera estaba sucia.

5.0Apartment was nice Heated pool Beach equipment at the apartment Free wifi
− Not very well cleaned, toilet and dishwasher not working properly. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable. Only valet parking and getting your car takes 20-30 min. Mandatory resort fees payable at destination which not informed in the apartment description- only informed after non-refundable booking. Only one roll of toilet paper left to share between two toilets. Includes Only starter pack of amenities. Would expect more for that price. Sofa bed very hard to sleep on - no extra duvets available to make it more comfy
