The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home throughout our visit.

Amazing property with lots of amenities, solo space and creative surrounds. This property was so thoughtfully designed with comfort and beauty in mind.

− A very minor pain point is the tricky parking situation, but that’s a city wide problem for Hobart. Perhaps the property’s garage could be made available to anyone booking with a car?

Such a beautiful house! My family felt very at home staying at the Art House. Gorgeous decor and styling. Very comfortable beds. Gorgeous gardens. Well stocked tea, coffee and pantry. We will definitely be back next time we visit Hobart.

A beautiful home that made our Hobart stay truly unforgettable.

We spent nine wonderful nights at Kate Owen Art House in Hobart during Dark Mofo with our family, and it was truly a gift to stay here. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Hobart and enjoy everything the festival had to offer, but what made our trip so special was having this beautiful home to return to each day. The house was warm, comfortable and full of small touches that made it feel like home. We cooked meals, shared wine on the front patio and spent kids' naptimes playing board games and completing puzzles from the wonderful collection provided. One of our favourite experiences was watching the mountain views and orange glow of sunrise and sunset through the stunning large windows. We were also delighted to be visited by wallabies in the front garden while eating breakfast. Dark Mofo was unforgettable, but honestly, having this house as our home away from home was the highlight of the trip.

The house was lovely, very welcoming, rooms were set up very nicely, even the baby room was lovely. A lovely big kitchen set up nicely with condiments and some pantry staples. The big windows were like a piece of art looking to the outside garden. The paintings throughout the house were lovely. We had a car so was very easy to get around

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Arriving late to find the house warm, immaculate, and so welcoming was greatly appreciated. The stylish interior, lovely artwork, beautiful garden, and great views made it a very comfortable place to relax, while communication from the hosts was excellent throughout. Everything was exceptionally clean, and our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay—we would happily stay here again.
