Close to the beach

− No heating! Was absolutely freezing. We were given 2 small heaters but when we put them on at the same time (one in the kids bedroom and one in the living room) the electric tripped! Had to go outside in the cold trying to sort that out. When we put the kettle on.. it tripped again! The key did not fit in the caravan door properly! On arrival the key would not go in.. we called the host and they said you need to bang it in and wobble it left and right to get it to go in. I hurt my hand doing this and it took me 45mins to get in! Each time we left the caravan we had to lock it and then re do this process every time we needed to go back in. My 60 year old mom sat on the loo on arrival and slid straight off it onto the floor because the seat was broke and not attached! The sofa is the most dirtiest sofa I have ever sat on. It was absolutely filthy. There were no baking trays to cook food on. The only glasses they had were 3 pint glasses that had been taken from a pub. The metal strip on the floor in the caravan was sticking up (it had celotape all over it, they had tried to celotape it down!) and we all kept tripping over it. The beds were that uncomfortable that I woke up with a twisted neck, back and shoulder and 3 days on I still can’t move. My moms back also went. The shower was filthy and all of us refused to use it. The tv woudnt work.. it wasn’t tuned in or had the Ariel in (which was plugged into something else)so we had to figure all that out. Curtains were filthy. This caravan should not be able to hired out

There was no stay, we had to live that place and go back home because of no place to sleep and filthy caravan. The host

Nothing. If it can go in negative in rating would do that. This property cannot be even counted in property. It was a dirt.

− No place to sleep. There was just a pull out sofa with no mattress but only metal .. pathetic.. trash was not cleaned, everything was dirty. Bedsheets were no cleaned and changed.

Location.

− Hard to find late at night on the park, with no map provided showing the location. Had to Google it and search ourselves. When we did locate it, it was absolutely freezing, there is no double-glazing, but electric heaters provided. So we turned them on and put the kettle on, only for the power to trip. We searched the whole caravan for the trip switch but couldn't find it. Had to knock on the door or a neighbor to ask, as there was no answer from the those. Turned out it is located at the back (outside) the caravan. Generally it wasn't very clean either.
