Very very poor
4.01 single pan and gas cooker to cook on. That's it very poor.
− The fact that I had to wash my family using the bathroom sink because the shower flooded the bathroom, when I contacted the owner I was given a responce and nothing happened no plumber was sent out no repsonce from the owner to even update us, the pots are out of date and scratched 1 single pan which was good. No tin opener or grater. The bath room towel radiator dosent work. The television remote is terrible to try work even with new batteries. Out back the seats were to dangerous to sit on outdated and basically falling apart. Cigarette buds left out back. Bins not emptied and caused flys.
We had a 2 day stay in balloch plenty to do for kids
10.0It was just a couple of min walk away from the train station. Property was clean and staff were nice. Was a park and a shop right next to it

Disappointing. Booked 2 nights but left early after 1night.

− Didn’t feel clean, had to clean areas of the property ourselves. some parts in poor repair. Bedding worn .
Lovely stay
9.0Lovely apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, close to amenities. Extremely quiet location.
− The only issue we had which had nothing to do with the host or the apartment was the road closure. As we had driven from Wales we relied on sat nav to get us there. Didn't take us long to work out an alternative route.

7.0Liked the location. Liked the peace of the Place. This is extremely important when you are on business. Hotels are so noisy.
− We were on business. We needed somewhere where we could get dressed properly to attend a seminar and a function. The property has no full length mirror and we were unable to iron our clothes correctly because the iron is too small the cord too short. I don't recommend this property for business travellers because of these faults.
