Enjoyed our short break away but overpriced for a winter stay.
7.0Heated pool was nice. House is light and airy. Walking distance to Bateau Bay beach and Shelly beach. Breakfast bar was good, kitchen well-equipped, beds move and comfortable, air-conditioning effective. Lovely outdoor area that we didn't use makes it much better for a summer vacation than winter.
− Ceiling leaked in the rain. The fourth bedroom was separate building like a studio which might suit some people. wasn't ideal for us, and not described accurately Two chairs in the lounge room were really uncomfortable making watching TV difficult. Little things like a broken g=hook made it feel less value for money. Lots of rules are sent after payment, like taking out the garbage even while paying a $300 plus cleaning fee.
