7.0Küche ist gut ausgestattet, schönes Geschirr, gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet, traumhafter Ausblick Ein Wohnungsverwalter bietet an, sehr gut erreichbar zu sein, wir haben seine Dienste nicht genutzt der kleine Ort ist tagsüber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus) gut zu erreichen, es gibt unten am Haus einen kleinen Laden mit haltbaren Lebensmitteln
− die Matratzen sind furchtbar schlecht, nach ein paar schlechten Nächten habe ich entdeckt, dass man das Sofa in der Küche ausziehen kann. Die Jalousie dort ist zwar wacklig und verdunkelt nicht, aber es war immerhin bequemer Check in Info erhält man nur über telegram oder Whatsapp, das erfährt man erst nach der Buchung

1.0We liked the location and the view from the window, that’s about it.
− The worst was makeshift beds, extremely uncomfortable. There was 4 of us staying at the property but only 2 blankets and no heating with temperatures of 10 degrees at night. Our requests for more blankets were ignored. The shower stopped working on day 1 of our 8 days stay. No one would come and fix it. The windows had no locks and would not shut properly. The flat was on the 7th floor and we stayed there with 5 yrs old child. Property overall worn out and very dirty.

− L'appartement a besoin d'une rénovation. Par exemple, la pomme de douche cassée, deux plaques de cuisson sur 4, odeur suspecte (tabac), vaisselles sales...

8.0Просторные апартаменты на 7 этаже современного жилого комплекса. Две спальни с двуспальными кроватями + большая кухня-гостиная с отлично оборудованной кухней и большим количеством посуды + 2 спальных места. Прекрасный вид с высоты на океан и частично на сам комплекс. Большая парковка около комплекса. Санузел один с душевой кабинкой. Рядом с комплексом - общественные купальни с океанской водой
− На все апартаменты - всего одно окно в кухне - гостиной. Спальни окон не имеют - вентилируются отдушиной под потолком в коридор и вентиляционным каналом, соответственно звукоизоляции нет. Очень непростой подъезд к комплексу - сложный серпантин с большим набором высоты
