Luxury prices for a horrendous stay and poor experience.
1.0Th concept was good, but the resort is far from luxurious. They charge luxury prices sure but all other aspects of the facilities- from the build of the houses, materials used to the how the staff treats guests are NOT luxury treatment.
− 1. We arrived in our room - AC was warm, it didn’t cool the room at all. 2. They named the room as “Family Elite Suite” - but it is just 1 small room with a pool, 2 twin beds, and flimsy build. 3. The beddings were dirty and disgusting 1 we found blood stains on the edge of the bed. 4. The cr door broke down at 9:30pm and at 11:40 pm it was still being repaired. None of us could sleep or use the CR. When we asked to transfer, they said they couldn’t move us and that they can do it temporarily but will move us back, making the inconvenience so much more. It was so infuriating. 5. This place has NO genset - power was out for like 1hr and all of us were in the dark, on a hot night. No flashlights, not even candles or back up electricity available for the rooms. 6. Other issues with other rooms (i had our team building done here - 300k contract with VERY POOR facilities and experience)

1.0Pictures looks nice! Some part are nice at the hotel going towards the room very nice.
− FIRST, It is farmland, finding this place was scary specially if you are not familiar with surrounding. We thought we are being kidnap because it’s at the end of the road or something the road are so tight. SECOND, they don’t respond to my messages I was trying to reserved transformation from the airport to the hotel but no response. THIRDLY, i reserved hotel with Breakfast but when i got to the lounge stopped me and told me my Vella don’t come with breakfast. “WHAT A SHAME” after we already grab our coffee. I have find my reservation that shows includes breakfast then when proven food almost empty it’s only 8am they said they won’t cook scrambled eggs or what breakfast supposed to be. It was like left over food. Not the typical American breakfast. They served like adobo, rice and I don’t know the rest. I was so upset. Yup wasn’t happy at all. I paid almost $300. Just 1 night! Thank you for the experience.
