− The cooker wasn’t properly heating up took awhile to cook

1.0The entrance is secure.
− Coming from someone who travels a lot for work and has to use self-catering apartments often, this is the first time I've felt the responsibility to leave a review to warn people of what they are in for. You can immediately smell strong cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the apartment. The windows and doors are drafty, we had all the heaters at full blast for our entire 2 day stay and the apartment was barely warm enough to take coats/hoodies off. I'm not exaggerating when I say we could feel every single spring in the mattress, we've all had an uncomfortable bed before but this really was something else. The oven was still dirty with food from previous guests and the washing machine was also full (and not turned off either.) AVOID AT ALL COSTS there is a travelodge across the road from this apartment which I would strongly recommend looking at instead.
