− Air conditioner not working in bedrooms No soap in shower Not having access to the resort pools and tennis court The villa nextdoor party till 1.45 am 😡.
Good location suited our needs.
9.0Property was close to where we needed it near roche estate . Everything was in the villa that was needed to make the stay comfortable.
− The price was hefty for two nights. But that’s what’s expected I guess. Tv in main lounge we couldn’t get normal tv which was annoying. The house wasn’t clean clean felt like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while bugs etc needed. Good dust. But it was fine .
Property is getting tired and needs to be renovated.
6.0− Property is getting old and needs a refresh. No extra kitchen ameneties provided, very basic. For example no coffee machine tablets, shower gel provided but no shampoo..

− The fireplace that was advertised didn’t work and the tv didn’t work, would be fine, however, travelled with my elderly parents and they were freezing in the house so they had very little time inside the house due to this to enjoy any views.

3.0It is really unfair that these are "private villas" that do not have access to the facilities because they dont share in the maintenance costs and yet we were charged a bomb. We were very disappointed and wont be booking through this website again for Cypress Lakes.
