Bed bugs and poor handling of a serious problem
1.0We liked that the property has multiple rooms and enough beds to accommodate our group of 13 people, which is the main reason we booked it. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property before check-in time.
− Unfortunately, we found multiple bed bugs in the third bedroom after one of our relatives was bitten. We found them around the bed and headboard and immediately contacted the host. Someone came to clean the room, but we found bed bugs again afterwards, so we stopped using the bed and had to share the other bedrooms. The air conditioning was also not working properly. We reported it several times and sent pictures, but it was never properly fixed during our stay. What was most disappointing was how the bed bug problem was handled. We were accused of wanting the room for free and were told we could cancel and find another accommodation ourselves, even though we had already arrived. We have photos and videos documenting the bed bugs and the communication with the host. I would not recommend staying here until the issue has been properly resolved.

7.0DIe Lage ist top. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Saubere Zimmer, viele Betten. Freundlicher Gastgeber, schnelle Reaktionszeit.
− Klimaanlage funktioniert in manchen Zimmer sehr dürftig. Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig.

9.0The location was good. Apartment had plenty of room for our family of 15. It had 3 bathrooms too which was a plus. Bedrooms were spacious. Very clean & comfortable. Easy self check in and check out. Air conditioning worked well.
