8.0Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato, confortevole, pulitissimo e molto luminoso.
− Il calorifero di una delle stanze non funzionava. Il vialetto d’ingresso è da asfaltare…troppe buche e molto sconnesso.

10.0Appartamento molto bello, comodo e con tutto ciò che può servire. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. È vero che c'è una bella salita per arrivarci, ma appena sotto, c'è un parcheggio dove poter lasciare la macchina per chi non volesse fare la salita a piedi. Se dovessi tornare a folgaria, prenoterei di nuovo qui.

9.0Appartamento bellissimo con vista sulle montagne ristrutturato con posto auto. Molto grande, bello per passare delle vacanze in gruppo con i giusti spazi. Vicino al centro. Siamo stati molto bene.

8.0Bellissimo appartamento al piano terra, nuovo e pulitissimo. Ho apprezzato particolarmente le dimensioni ottime per 4 persone, i doppi servizi e il posto auto coperto.
− L'abitazione si raggiunge con una salita molto faticosa da fare a piedi, quindi l'auto diventa indispensabile anche se il centro di Folgaria e molto vicino. I letti della cameretta sono molto bassi e quindi non particolarmente confortevoli per adulti.
