9.0How modern the rooms were, bathroom as well. Location is good for anyone having events at the 3 seasons. Price was reasonable although feel the area is quite expensive due to the golf close being an attraction for events.
− No Aircon or fans is a stretch but they do offer on request. I did bring my own. It's a heatwave in the UK currently so it shouldn't normally be an issue

Excellent venue, good value fir money and exceptional staff.
10.0Absolutely fantastic venue. Excellent food and staff, the staff were pleasant and friendly.nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was one on the best I have had. Most pleasant experience would recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you to everyone involved.
