Not just luxury camping, it is an affordable, comfortable and clean place to stay just west of Zion.
10.0Large room with all necessary amenities. Stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, nice linens. The grounds were clean & quiet with a nice lawn and tree area with picnic tables and other places to sit and enjoy the out doors. Location was great for Zion National Park and other outdoor activities offered in the area.
− Table outside the door should have been cleaned/dusted off. The folding chairs at the desk/counter were a little campy, but then I guess that's the point.

A great deal for the price of you just need it for a place to sleep.
6.0No breakfast offered. We didn't have kids along but it would have been great for them. They would have loved the court yard trees and the bunk beds in the room.
− Better mattress. Very simple but adequate. I think for the price it was a very good deal. It was more than fair for the price. I liked that we only slept there and saved enough to eat on during the day! It was a half hour drive to zion but the rates were so good we decided that was no big deal.
