Good facilities, especially for the price.
9.0Very friendly host and nieces, present at all hours if you needed them. Excellent air conditioning (in 37 degree heat), good hot water and pressure, comfortable beds. Great location, extremely close to the river walkway and the pedestrian streets. Tucked deep in an alley, so a bit hard to find and no drivers can bring you directly, but fine with gps to direct you home, and grateful for the quiet! Breakfast is modest, but tasty.
− I had requested (and I thought the host had confirmed) that we would have 2 rooms upstairs, but one was up and one down. The first night we couldn’t lock our room because the lock was misaligned and no staff could do anything about it and they were a bit nonchalant. We figured out ourselves how to deal with the door. There’s no daily housekeeping or towel swap, which has been standard at other guesthouses in a similar price range.

10.0Homestay ở vị trí thuận tiện, xung quanh nhiều hàng quán ăn uống nhậu. Dù home nằm trong hẻm nhưng đường rộng 2 xe máy nên vẫn dễ ra vào. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Phòng mình ở tầng 1 có cửa sổ đối diện cổng ra vào luôn nên hơi ngại. Chủ home là 1 gia đình ở tại home luôn, nhưng rất lịch sự. Có thể gửi hành lý trước khi nhận phòng, nhưng không được gửi hành lý sau khi trả phòng.
