10.0Atithi Devo Bhava ( Guest is God) - this is the philosophy by which Mr. Amey Latkar, the owner of this homestay, lives every moment and this is the summum bonum of our experience during our delightful 2 days stay there. The homestay is beautiful, spotlessly neat, clean, spacious and full of positive vibes. The garden the greenery, the early morning bird calls the comfortably done up terrace, all help to really shake off any weariness one may be carrying. It was our family's first visit to Kolhapur and Shri Amey proved to be a one man army - right from arranging our meals, to guiding us regarding the various places to visit, to arranging our travel - every little detail was efficiently handled. He was available 24x7. Most memorable was our pooja at the Mahalakshmi temple for which he arranged everything. The USP of this homestay is that it really feels like a home away from home. We also enjoyed our interesting conversations with Mr. Amey. We plan to return again just to experience all this once again. Thanks a lot.
