Perfect couples hideaway in Pompei. Near everything, with a beautiful vista to soak it all in
10.0Great little hideaway in Pompei for a couple for a short break. Ideal location for the ruins, restaurants and general evening walk out life. HUGE spa bath in room - once you google and download the instructions it's very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

− Questo non è un giudizio per la struttura, è un giudizio sulla loro assistenza ai loro clienti, lasciati tutta la notte senza corrente. Dalle 20 che mancava la corrente e non ci hanno avvertito (stavamo al concerto) per poter magari trovare un’altra soluzione dicendo che non sapevano che mancava la corrente. Chiamando mi è stato detto che il problema è nell’enel e che dobbiamo chiedere a loro risarcimento e altro. Alla mia richiesta di rimborso per una notte da incubo senza aria condizionata in questo caldo, la risposta era che possono ospitarmi per una notte in una loro struttura come se io vengo a Pompei ogni week end. Mi dispiace che il cliente viene trattato come un semplice bancomat e che quando le cose non vanno bene viene lasciato al suo destino. Ripeto, questo basso voto non è relativo alla struttura ma al loro modo di trattare i loro clienti.
