Zona servita bene dai mezzi pubblici, anche se il quartiere non ispira sicurezza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un adeguato soggiorno. Posto auto riservato.

− Nonostante il letto comodo e la camera confortevole, il rumore continuo dei treni, i cui binari sono di fronte all'appartamento.
