Well priced property in a good quiet location, friendly helpful staff.
8.0Nice friendly people in the row of properties on the street, location was good for us as near friends and shops/food Had all things needed for cooking with micro and oven/grill & Washing machine. Communication with HE la Florida people was very easy and they were very attentive. Access to a shared pool. When the sun does come around to the front it is lovely on the lower terrace. We got a good price for our 2 week stay.
− Property is a little dated, could do with some updating, it's quite a dark property not huge amounts of light. Also it does not get any sun at all until lunch time (except on the roof), unfortunately when we stayed we had a lot of poor/cold weather the chairs/sofa are not so comfy if spending time sitting inside. There is a shared pool but there was no water in it, I guess it was too early in the season?

− Musty smell throughout the house. uncomfortable beds, house felt dark and closterphobic, electics need updating as lights did not work properly. Didn't like that no one met us at the property. Arranged to check into the house as planned, had to contact the estate agent who told us they would not meet us there and we had to go to their office. Had to get a taxi to bring us there, directions badly given. When we checked in at the office we found out the key was in a locked box at the house. Cost us time and money with taxi
