− new hire was trying to change us for different prices and then had our reservations jacked up after shower my booking confirmation saying I booked for the weekend then she said she fixed it and didn’t overall the communication and check in process was bad

− My booking was for 2 Queen beds, but we were given one king bed. It wasn't the worst, but it did mean sharing a bed with my boss. Staff said that yes, I booked one King bed, but when I came back to work, I verified that it was 2 Queens.
