− I would not recommend this unit to anyone and it should not be listed available to rent on this platform. We have used booking.com for years and have booked dozens of other rental units, this is the worst by far. We booked our reservation for a week but left the premises only a few hours after arrival. The unit was unsanitary and we did not feel comfortable staying in the space. There were a litany of issues, including: mold growing in multiple spots in both bathrooms, linens/bedding that had not been cleaned/were stained, pillows that were heavily soiled/stained underneath the pillowcases, broken glass on a dresser, broken toilet seats, stained/damaged walls in every room, used/soiled candles left in the open, broken curtain rods/patio doors, broken flooring/thresholds in the kitchen, and a general lack of cleanliness in the entire space. When brought to the owners attention, they blamed the cleaners and refused to issue a refund - stating that it was our responsibility to bring to their attention the poor state of their unit and our failure to allow them to try and make it right cost them potential earnings for the week. Customer Support representatives from Booking.com shared that when they contacted the owners, the owners were rude to them and yelled at them over the phone for bothering them about our complaints. Do not use this unit or any units listed by these individuals.

My partner and I went there to chill and relax, and we did that !

Super comfortable and spacious, had a proper “home” feel about it. 2 mins walk from Colindale Tube station

− Nothing, maybe some condiments like coffee to be available.

− Dirty kitchen Dirty and sticky cupboards Open and exposed food left in cupboards in kitchen Utensils dirty and drawers full of crumbs and hairs One bowl for 6 six people to share that sums up - the crockery items Bathrooms with warped woodwork - dirty brushes left in the bathroom using to clean it - Dinning room table only has 3 legs and safety hazard Broken glass and covered in tape in bedroom on wardrobe doors - dirty window ledges and handles off the windows Dirty ash trays and filthy diffusers - The oven and hob is absolutely disgusting
