7.0The location, the views, the monkeys early in the morning. Friendly staff, fresh flowers in the vases. Large fireplace.
− Staff coming to the pool in the early morning without any previous notification. Some fur particles on the pillows. No possibility to wash the laundry in the villa - washing machine at the end of its lifespan, the dryer not functional. No hairdryer in the whole villa. No possibility to use the bath tub, completely brown water coming quite soon. Having to read a long printed out paper in addition to lengthy WhatsApp instructions.

10.0It was my 70th birthday and I needed a beautiful, comfortable venue that could fit my me, my partner, my three daughters, their husbands, my six grandchildren ranging from 2 to 14 years old and their two dogs. The two Villas, nestled between a beautiful forest, overlooking a nature reserve with a mountain range as a sky outline view was perfect. The children played outside and in the pools non-stop. When it rained one evening they found the board games and we lit a fire, for a wonderful time in the lounge while one played the piano. There were tables for them to eat at, and tables for us to savour and enjoy our meals. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with appliances. We never locked anything away and felt perfectly safe at the Villas always. Deborah’s staff are incredible. Friendly and kind and my word, they worked hard.
− Careful if you are tall. Villa 1 has an oven extractor fan which juts out a bit - a few heads were knocked while cooking. The wine glasses are rather eclectic - I liked them but the wine fundis said I should suggest this.
