1.0Nothing
− I requested an invoice before my travel. They did not even know that they are required to give an invoice by law. Booking contacted them but no response. They cancelled my booking an hour before check in. It was really stressful to find another apartment in an hour as I was going to a concert and a conference the next day. I do not recommend to anyone.
